My Story
Some coaches are trained. Others are born. I remember being around 5 years old when I helped my teachers "talk down" a little girl screaming for her coat. I'm not sure how I knew what to say to calm her down and see her situation differently. Somehow I was able to tap into her fears and concerns, and then inspire her to act in a way that felt empowering...liberating and authentic.
It's my way of engaging with my fellow humans....and it's how our company works with our clients.
